Misha Kellner-Rogers facilitates from a place of embodiment and inquiry. Locating how and where systems of dominance, personal and collective, live in the body, help guide this work. They support this process in their bodywork practice by building non-hierarchical relationships that allow for truth and intimacy and using mindfulness to access deeper layers of thoughts and feelings. She works to build containers that investigate what we truly value, where this lives in the body and what work is required to align with this core. Misha supports folks to more fully inhabit the body through showing up to their process and guiding through connected and collective wisdom. Listening and feeling from a place not rooted in shame or judgement, but the desire for connection, healing and understanding what it means to liberate ourselves, is a relearning process that Misha hopes to support in others from a place of vulnerability and embodied listening. Building relationships in this work that can hold the intersection of trauma, oppression and healing while centering racial justice is what she is reaching for.
